This weekend will see Monte Rei´s Head Chef Jaime Perez travel to The Wisley in Surrey to host a one off gastronomic dinner for The Wisley members. A protégé of Ferran Adrià, and formerly a leading chef in Adriá`s renowned 3-Michelin star "El Bulli" restaurant, Perez will take the flavors of the Portugal country clubs` renowned Vistas restaurant paired with the finest Portuguese wines to the prestigious UK club.

The relationship between the two clubs has developed naturally through the mutual goal of providing an outstanding golfing experience and superior quality of service within an environment of relaxed luxury.

Continuing the tradition started in 2009, Monte Rei is proud to announce the third "Easter Golf & Lunch Event" taking place on the 30th of March. This year the Event will feature a special collaboration from the wine producer "Casa de Santar" with a degustation menu designed by Chef Jaime Perez to pair with this unique selecton of wines.

The Event will be limited to the first 60 players in an individual stableford format. Handicaps are limited to 24 for Men and 36 for Ladies.

The acclaimed Vistas Restaurant, will be moving its opening date forward to 5th of April this year to meet customer demand. Executive Chef Jaime Perez, will continue to delight diners with his eclectic new menu.

Experience Chef Perez`s grand tasting menu paired with fine wines while dining in the opulent, high vaulted ceiling showpiece restaurant with stunning views across the fairways and lake to the Atlantic Ocean.

The Vistas Restaurant is open for dinner from 7.00pm to 10.30pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. During July and August, opening days will be extended to Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Tables can be reserved by calling the restaurant on +351 281 950 950.
